We are looking for the position of:
Head Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Controls the overall appearance of the bar, ensuring it is well-equipped for drink preparation and guest service
- Effectively plans work schedules
- Manages HACCP protocols, pest control, and waste classification
- Compiles and creates order lists for the bar
- Coordinates with head bartenders from other bars to create a unified procurement list for the Beverage Manager
- Organizes training and educational programs for bar staff
- Prepares and serves drinks to guests
- Provides beverage recommendations to guests
- Proposes innovations and monitors their implementation
- Participates in organizing events such as weddings and large celebrations
- Ensures staff compliance with discipline and labor law regulations
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to think logically and communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors
