JOB PURPOSE
The Waiter/Waitress provides an exceptional dining experience to all our guests by delivering outstanding service, demonstrating attention to detail, and upholding Adiya Signature Hotel’s values.

As a key part of our hospitality team, the waiter ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience through professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver the highest level of service through the following duties:
  • Greet guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.
  • Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up and preparing the restaurant for daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
  • Process guest payments and manage billing transactions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Stay informed about menu changes, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
  • Perform additional duties and assist other team members as required.
SPECIFICATIONS
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service; prior experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional foreign language skills are a plus.
