Welcome Desk Host
Reports to: Welcome Desk Manager
The Welcome Desk Host monitors and directs the traffic of personal and company vehicles, including guests’ personal cars, taxis, limousines, and buses. The Welcome Desk Host is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are properly parked and do not obstruct the efficient flow of traffic. The Welcome Desk Host is also responsible for the safety of vehicles, belongings inside the vehicles, and vehicle keys.
The Welcome Desk Host greets guests and visitors in a courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Welcome Desk Host provides guests with detailed information about the facilities, amenities, services, and operating hours.
The Welcome Desk Host makes reservations for all guests with whom they communicate. The Welcome Desk Host assists guests with opening/closing vehicle doors, helps with luggage when needed, registers vehicles that require parking in accordance with Welcome Desk policies and procedures, provides guests and visitors with all necessary documentation, and takes over the vehicle and keys from guests or visitors.
The Welcome Desk Host organizes electric vehicle transportation for guests within the Dukley Hotel & Resort complex and drives the electric vehicle when required. The Welcome Desk Host reports to the Welcome Desk Manager.
The Welcome Desk Host closely cooperates with the Security Department and submits reports at the request of the Security Director.
Requirements:
- Active knowledge of English / knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;
- Ability to think logically and communicate easily with colleagues and guests.
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality and tourism is desirable.
