We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Finance team as a:

LEAD ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Montenegrin/Serbian is a plus).
