JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Podgorica. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships directly in the field, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring continuous growth in the company’s market presence. This role requires frequent client visits, a strong understanding of industrial and construction spare parts, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Visit clients and potential customers regularly to present and promote company products.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through consistent field presence and professional service.
  • Provide technical information and tailored product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision- making.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales activities and field performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally during field visits, trade fairs, and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Previous sales experience, especially in the automotive or spare parts sector, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Good technical knowledge of spare parts and heavy machinery components.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Dynamic, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Strong knowledge of Albanian and English, required for communication with clients and partners.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
