Digital Marketing Expert
City: Podgorica
Responsibilities:
- Led end-to-end planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Developed and implemented digital media and advertising strategies aligned with business and campaign goals.
- Created media plans, optimized budget allocation and managed relationships with media owners and vendors.
- Coordinated development and timely delivery of digital creative assets across teams and partners.
- Led execution, optimization and performance improvement of paid and programmatic media campaigns.
- Monitored KPIs and analyzed campaign performance using analytics and attribution tools (e.g.,
- Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
- Prepared actionable performance reports and presented insights to internal teams and senior management.
- Oversaw campaign tracking, tagging and data accuracy in collaboration with technical and external teams.
- Managed campaign budgets, forecasting and cost optimization.
- Ensured brand consistency across all digital channels and conducted regular competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary vocational education of 4 years (NQF Level 4) in economics, law, administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years in the same or similar role.
- Experience in creating coordinated marketing programs at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation in digital marketing and related strategies.
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms.
- Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize and manage detailed tasks effectively.
- Strong program and project management skills.
