Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the brand’s design strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and deliver innovative design ideas that strengthen the brand’s visual identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and evolve the brand’s visual identity, including brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality and consistent design output.
- Create and oversee advanced visual content, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives through strong visual solutions and campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF levels 6 or 7) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and composition.
- Ability to conceptualize and create engaging visual content across multiple platforms (web, mobile, social media, print).
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
