Rental Car Agent – 2 persons
Location: Tivat and Podgorica
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon rental vehicle pickup and ensuring a positive experience.
- Processing rental reservations through the reservation system or in person.
- Verifying customer identities and valid driver's licenses to ensure compliance with rental terms.
- Explaining rental terms, insurance, and additional services to customers in detail.
- Providing information about the technical specifications of the rental vehicle and basic driving instructions.
- Conducting vehicle condition checks upon pickup and return and documenting any damages.
- Addressing customer difficulties and complaints professionally and providing necessary assistance.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the rental car center.
- Monitoring the condition of vehicles in the fleet, including regular maintenance and servicing.
- Participating in sales activities and promoting additional services to maximize rental revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar roles in the rental car industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different types of customers.
- Proficiency in computer usage and experience with reservation systems.
- Ability to quickly process reservations and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to vehicle rentals.
- Professional approach to work, high level of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years driving licence.
Education:
- Minimum High school diploma or general education degree is required.
