is a branch of a leading international engineering and construction company engaged in the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Montenegro.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, execution of bank payments and daily cash management activities;
  • Maintain, organize, and archive accounting and financial documentation in accordance with company procedures and local regulations;
  • Assist in communication and coordination with the local accounting and auditing service providers;
  • Manage and maintain records related to bank guarantees, performance bonds, insurance policies, and other financial securities;
  • Assist the Finance Director in communication and coordination with local tax authorities, banks, and other government institutions;
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities;
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Department;
  • Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by the Finance Director;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, administration, or banking is preferred;
  • Knowledge of Montenegrin accounting and tax regulations is considered an advantage;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
