Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Responsible for workforce planning, payroll preparation, salary review processes, and the preparation of HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, leave documentation, employee status changes, and termination documentation.
- Monitor and manage employee leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support business decisions, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR processes, templates, forms, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle employee requests and prepare official HR documentation and certificates as required.
- Support all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, development initiatives, and offboarding procedures.
- Participate in HR projects, audits, restaurant visits, and other HR-related initiatives as required.
- Preparing, monitoring, archiving, and updating of the Company's internal policies, procedures, and documents, in accordance with applicable legislation and the Company's internal needs.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably covering multiple HR areas such as recruitment, administration, and employee relations).
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word); experience with HR systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Driving License B category
