Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a
Business & Marketing Assistant
in Tivat.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the business and marketing team in its day-to-day work
- Drive and execute baseline projects and exercises
- Support communication with partners
- Manage administration tasks for the team such as PO management, budget tracking, reporting, etc.
- Support organization of meetings and workshops
- Track and monitor information across www and social networks
- University degree
- Should have the ability to find the solution within the given task with keen attention to details
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Fluent communication and verbal skills in English
- Communication and verbal skills in Russian, at least B2 level
- Should be very familiar with MS Office
- Good level of orientation across social networks
- A 1-year experience with а big FMCG / luxury goods / alcohol beverages company will be an advantage, though not mandatory. A university graduate can be considered if the above requirements are met.
- Goal oriented, proactive, collaborative, structured and process led
- Ready for multitasking
- A sense of humor and positive thinking, preferably but not mandatory
- English, fluent, C2
- Russian, B2
