Regional Sales Manager
in Tivat
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Develop brand strategy and manage it implementation within dedicated markets;
  • Work closely with Distributors. Develop and deploy strategies (commercial & marketing activities, pricing, listings etc) that enable growth, improve costs, and ensure brand performance.
  • Manage international shipments & depletions to support customers.
  • Share full responsibilities for the delivery of volume, value and profit objectives in alignment with each market strategy;
  • Search for new partners where relevant; 
  • Development of new spirits categories on the markets;
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, distribution, supply chain, demand planning to deliver business results;
  • Market data analyzis;
  • Provide data analytics on the performance of each market via regular Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
  • Experience of work in spirits industry (at least 3Ys) on sales/trade marketing positions in international companies;
  • Understanding of work specifics with different channels: -on; -off; ecommerce;
  • Excellent collaboration and influence with Partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership and determination in overcoming day to day challenges.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
