ROLE SUMMARY:
- As a Massage Therapist your main job is to make sure our guests have a relaxing time at our spa. You'll give different spa treatments, keep the massage rooms clean and cozy, and ensure our guests feel happy and comfortable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in a safe and comfortable manner;
- Take care of work equipment, keep up clean and tidy massage room;
- Keep the massage supplies pantry well-stocked and clean;
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations;
- Suggest and promote additional spa services to enhance the guest's experience;
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations;
- Collaborate with the administrative team to address and report any arising issues promptly and effectively;
- Keep documentation and maintain client’s files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of work experience as a SPA/Massage Therapist, preferably in a 5-star environment; international experience is a significant advantage;
- Educational background in medical/physiotherapy + 1-2 years of experience in a well-established SPA/salon OR completion of relevant courses with 3-4 years of experience in a well-established SPA/salon;
- Hands on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies: classic massage, sports massage, face massage, facial treatments, waxing. Any other related skills are a plus;
- Good communication skills with proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Montenegrin/Serbian, English, and Russian (additional languages are a strong asset);
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and welcoming attitude.
