We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communication Specialist, to join our dynamic team. The Corporate Communication Specialist, will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Corporate Communication Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences,
  • Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc,
  • Foster relationships with advocates and key persons,
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to produce copy for advertisements or articles,
  • Perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity,
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors,
  • Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership,
  • Communicates with various stakeholders for the purpose of informing and/or presenting information through various mediums (e.g. manual and electronic presentations, printed publications, e-mails, web pages, video, blogs, TV spots, etc.) in alignment with the vision, goals and objectives of Corporation.
Requirements and skills:
  • BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field,
  • Fluent in Montenegrin and English language, knowledge of Turkish language is a plus.
  • Proven experience as communications specialist,
  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus,
  • Experience in copywriting and editing,
  • Solid understanding of project management principles,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset,
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills,
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities,
  • Proficient command of English language,
  • Considerable knowledge of current trends in digital and social media,
  • Ability to lead on corporate media campaigns, public relations and other communications activities,
  • Ability to develop corporate communications strategies to meet organizational strategic objectives,
  • Excellent writing and editing skills,
  • Excellent organisation and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical and research skills,
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and interpersonal),
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and web design/illustration software and/or databases.
