Sales office representative / Sales coordinator
Responsibilities of employees:
- Processing incoming calls/requests from clients;
- Consultations/Real estate sales;
- Organizing property viewings and excursions around Kolasin for clients;
- Client support during the transaction;
- Interaction with other departments (marketing, IT, legal);
- Maintaining friendly communication with the client after the transaction to build loyalty;
- Preparation of weekly progress reports.
Requirements for a candidate:
- Proficiency in Serbian and English (knowledge of Russian is a plus) at a level sufficient for quality communication with clients;
- Confident communication skills. Experience in service or sales
- Ability to solve any non-standard tasks;
- Willingness to learn and show initiative in work;
