We are looking for the position of:
Receptionist
Description of work:
- Reception and departure of guests;
- Manage reservations and keep records of accommodation;
- Maintaining contact with guests, resolving their questions and providing information;
- Organization and control of the cleanliness and maintenance of the sanatorium;
- Interaction with staff, including maids and service personnel;
- Professional resolution of potential problems and conflicts with guests;
- Managing daily administrative tasks;
- Demonstration of the complex to potential buyers and tenants;
- Preparation of presentations, offers and advertising materials for clients (together with the marketing department);
- Support in signing a real estate purchase and sale agreement (together with the sales department);
- Maintaining weekly reporting.
- Higher education in tourism and economics;
- Work experience: 3-5 years of experience;
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of foreign languages: English is required, Russian is preferred;
- Correct oral and written language;
- Be able to solve non-standard problems.
