We are looking for the position of:
Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests,
- Monitor and adhere to all hotel standards, procedures, and code of conduct,
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests for beverage selection,
- Maintain the bar and work area clean and tidy at all times,
- Manage beverage stocks and consumption,
- Ensure the bar is fully equipped with tools and products necessary for mixing drinks and serving guests,
- Keep accurate records of all necessary bar lists,
- Take care of HACCP, pest control, and the classification of food and beverage waste disposal,
- Execute other tasks and assignments as instructed by superiors,
Requirements:
- Secondary professional education,
- Computer literacy,
- Proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English, Russian and additional languages are a strong asset,
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar or related positions.
