Job description:
- Planning, organizing and managing banquet events in accordance with client requirements;
- Coordinating with other departments of the Hotel to ensure an exceptional experience for guests;
- Monitoring guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Proposing ideas to enhance the scope and quality of banquet operations;
- Ensuring a staffing level that meets business requirements;
- Leading and training the banquet team;
- Managing performance issues of the banquet team in accordance with the Hotel's policies and procedures;
What are we looking for?
- A degree in tourism and hospitality or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Banquet Manager or in similar roles;
- Advanced proficiency in the English language B2 or C1;
- Passion for delivering an exceptional level of service to guests;
- Ability to multitask with high attention to details;
- Positive attitude;
- Good communication and people skills;
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
- Professional approach and exceptional communication skills in working at the same time with the team, clients and our guests.
