The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. Public Area Operator (m/f)
Housekeeping Department
Reporting to: Public Area Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
- To clean all assigned public areas: corridors, offices, lobby area, spa area, guest and team toilets, windows, terraces, restaurant areas, ballroom etc.
- To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- To update and record all cleaned areas
- To return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
- To follow all LQA and Forbes standards related to Housekeeping at the highest level
- To follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties within the Housekeeping department, as directed by superior
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Traits:
- High school
- Full working professional proficiency in Montenegrin
- Basic in English - verbal and written
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to use common tools and miscellaneous cleaning equipment
