About job
- To plan, coordinate and execute events and ensure customers’ satisfaction for scheduled events at Lustica Bay, demonstrating positive energy in dealing with the team and consistently high level of customer service.
Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent way of handling following the brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with operational departments and ensure they are provided with accurate and timely event
- Attend the scheduled event meetings with operational departments
- Maintain effective and appropriate liaison with whilst on property for events
- The necessary event reports to proper distribution of information with the others team members
- Assists with equipment, signage, and to Lustica Bay quality standards
- Keep track of all assets of the events team and make sure all are in good usable shape
- Support the preparation and tracking of events contracts and payments to deliver events
- Ensure all operational activities are planned timely in accordance with department procedure
- Keep track of payments and expenditures of executed events
- Execute and coordinate the scheduled events on the location and oversee the activities of 3rd party.
- Assist the Events team in creating ideas for new interesting, engaging and exciting events for guests of the destination and Homeowners
Knowledge and experience required:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Category B Driving License
Job-Specific Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in an administration position, including focus on customer experience, coordinating special events.
- Preferably has previous experience with audio-visual equipment
- Physically healthy
- Able to work early mornings or late hours when necessary
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both written and verbal
