Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Accounting &/or Finance
Job-Specific Experience
Essential:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Experience with managing general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/yearly closing processes.
- Familiarity with tax compliance, filing, and supporting audits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
- Ability to support senior accountants or finance managers in financial decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with room for growth into leadership roles in senior positions.
Desirable:
