Job Description:
- Supervises room attendants within the hotel and ownership-structured apartments.
- Prepares daily work schedules and assigns tasks to room attendants.
- Conducts trainings and ensures procedures are implemented and followed.
- Oversees and is responsible for the quality control of completed tasks.

- Creating and managing daily work schedules
- Guiding employees through established procedures
- Distributing uniforms and keys; approving the issuance of work supplies and equipment
- Monitoring communication channels (app-based groups)
- Tracking the execution and progress of daily assignments, including on-site supervision
- Communicating with reception via the hotel software
- Conducting training for room attendants
- Completing checklists during apartment inspections
- Introducing staff to tools, equipment, and supplies
- Reporting lost & found items, damages, malfunctions, and irregularities to the appropriate departments
- Ensuring data and guest privacy protection, maintaining confidentiality within hotel operations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of apartments, terraces, and related furniture
- Ensuring correct implementation of hotel standards and procedures
- Responsible for the appearance and behavior of housekeeping staff, promoting a high standard of courtesy and professionalism
- Ensuring neatness and condition of apartment setups: linens, towels, amenities, and other room contents
- Submitting daily reports on completed activities
- Performing check-ins and check-outs in apartments
- Checking the mini-bar
- Controlling the quality of turn-down service
- Coordinating with the hotel warehouse
- Collaborating with the public area supervisor and hygiene supervisor
- Collaborating with the laundry supervisor
- Conducting staff conversations, reminding and guiding on proper procedures
