Job Description:
- Supervises and monitors staff responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas within the hotel and resort complex.
- Prepares daily task schedules and assigns duties to hygiene team members.
- Conducts training sessions and ensures the proper implementation of operational procedures.
- Carries out quality control checks and addresses any deficiencies in performance.
Job Description:
- Supervising and monitoring the work of hygiene staff
- Introducing new employees to procedures and providing on-the-job training
- Distributing work equipment and cleaning supplies
- Guiding employees through daily activities, task execution, and communication channels
- Tracking task execution and providing feedback on shortcomings
- Preparing and assigning daily schedules and task allocations
- Communicating with outlets and beach bar supervisors to coordinate cleaning efforts during special events (celebrations, corporate events, etc.)
- Identifying different types of stains and selecting appropriate cleaning agents and methods for removal
- Completing checklists during inspection rounds
- Reporting damages, malfunctions, and irregularities to relevant departments
- Coordinating with the landscaping supervisor
- Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of public areas, including reception, restaurants, spa center, playrooms, offices, and overall cleanliness impression
- Ensuring correct implementation of hotel procedures and standards
- Overseeing the appearance and conduct of team members in the hygiene department
- Monitoring cleanliness levels daily and initiating periodic or immediate actions as needed
- Preparing and submitting daily reports on completed activities.
- Creating and reporting next-day activity plans.
- Responding promptly to urgent requests and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Addressing guest complaints and resolving potential issues with urgency.
- Monitoring hygiene and setup quality in public restrooms.
- Inspecting and maintaining records of automated air fresheners in assigned areas.
- Communicating with storage and supply departments.
- Collaborating with the technical maintenance department
