We are looking for the position of:
F&B Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
Tracking and adherence to all hotel standards, procedures, and codes of conduct
Coordination and collaboration with the managers of other organizational units
Responds to guest complaints and resolves situations within their scope of authority,creating reports as necessary
Organizes table reservations, seating, and lounging arrangements in restaurants, bars, andon the beach
In the absence of alternatives, performs the duties of the Head Hostess
Responsible for responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communicationchannels, while constantly updating changes in the system and informing colleagues in thedepartment
Communicates with internal and external clients in a professional, friendly, and constructivemanner to ensure the best presentation of company services and enhance sales
Efficiently handles all verbal and written inquiries, turning them into sales opportunities
Identifies guest needs and offers appropriate options during reservations, in accordancewith company capacities, standards, the current price list, and set objectives
Sells F&B department products and services using upselling and suggestive sellingtechniques and performs all other activities aimed at maximizing sales, maintaining constantcommunication with other managers within the department
Establishes and maintains contact with sales representatives of other hotels and travelagencies
Promotes F&B sector products and services and conducts training sessions for all employeesin other hotel and resort departments who come into contact with guests
Ensures smooth and professional internal communication between all departments
Requirements:
Knowledge of English and Russian languages is preferred
Previous experience in the same or similar roles within the hospitality industry
