• Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably at the bar or lounge area.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Provide detailed descriptions of cocktails, wines, and other drinks, offering recommendations based on guest tastes.
• Take drink orders accurately and relay them to the bar area for preparation.
• Ensure drinks are served promptly, with a focus on presentation and quality.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service with attention to detail.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar stations, glassware, and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and preparing the bar for daily operations, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is well-equipped.
• Stay informed about seasonal drink offerings, new cocktails, and special promotions.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Process guest payments and manage billing transactions as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Perform additional duties and assist other team members as needed.
