Job description:
- Leading and overseeing complex MICE, incentive and event projects from initial proposal to final billing
- Managing proposals, budgets, timelines, and all project documentation
- Acting as the main senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Strategic planning and supervision of multiple projects simultaneously
- Negotiating contracts, services, and pricing with high-level suppliers and venues
- Supervising and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Coordinating site inspections, pre-production meetings, and on-site operations
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction at all times
- Managing risk, resolving issues proactively, and making executive decisions on-site
- Overseeing final reconciliation, invoicing, and post-event reporting
- Supporting sales, contracting, and business development when required
On-site:
- Full supervision of event execution and production teams
- Acting as senior decision-maker during live events
- Client support, troubleshooting, and quality control
Requirements:
- University degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DMC, MICE, or event project management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing abilities
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel frequently, work overtime, and work on-site
