Position description
Concierge is responsible to provide personalized guest services, assist with reservations, transportation, and information, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

- Welcoming and seeing off guests
- Organizing reservations, excursions, and transfers
- Maintaining an up-to-date destination information database
- Communicating with guests in person and electronically
- Cooperating closely with the Welcome Desk and Front Office team
- Participating in the training of seasonal staff
- English Proficiency, additional languages are an advantage.
- Courtesy, strong teamwork skills, and a high level of discretion
