Lifeguard
Position description
The Lifeguard ensures the safety and wellbeing of guests in pool and beach areas by constantly monitoring swimmers, preventing hazards, and providing first aid or rescue when needed. Responsibilities include checking safety equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, setting up beach furniture, and removing dangerous objects from the water. Lifeguards must hold a valid certification and maintain professional conduct and personal hygiene at all times.

- Follow all hotel standards while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the beach/pool area.
- Monitor swimmers and surroundings, prevent hazards, and report incidents.
- Provide first aid, perform rescues, and use safety equipment when needed.
- Assist guests professionally and provide necessary information.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Must hold a valid certification
