We are looking for the position of:
Deliver 5* customer service, handle guests requests and complaints;
Check the condition of the guest apartments, relay all the issues to the respective departments;
Prepare apartments for arrival and departure;
Book and upsell hotel services to the guests;
Arrange and upsell touristic experiences to the guests;
Keep documentation, handle payments and other cashier duties whenever necessary;
Maintain stocks of necessary supplies and amenities.
Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service/guest relations experience required (preferably at 5-star establishments);
Housekeeping management experience is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Montenegrin/Serbian, English, and Russian (additional languages are a strong asset);
Strong customer service skills with a positive and welcoming attitude;
Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
