Freelance Graphic Designer (Project Based)
Sales & Marketing Department

Location: Remote
Reporting to: Director of Sales

Role essence: We are looking for an experienced freelance graphic designer to collaborate with our team on various design projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong creative vision, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. This role is project-based, offering the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities: 

• Conducting in-house design work and conceptualizing visuals to meet the requirements of Sales, Marketing and other departments within the company
• Designing printed collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, signage, press walls, banners, campaigns, and wall displays, in accordance with the company's style guidelines
• Creating logos for promotions and events within the company's established guidelines 
• Developing social media and Instagram content to enhance brand visibility
• Conducting video editing tasks for promotional purposes
• Generating images and layouts using design software and creating graphics across various media for brand development
• Utilizing design skills for multiple digital touchpoints, including websites, media platforms, and social media
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensured final deliverables meet high-quality standards and project deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Traits: 

• Proven experience as a freelance graphic designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe PDF (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Lightroom), Figma, Discord - Midjourney
• Fluent in English and Montenegrin, both in writing and speaking
