We are looking for the position of:
Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and adherence to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct;
- Accepting and organizing reservations in the restaurant/on the beach;
- Accurate data entry into the reservation system and timely updating of all changes;
- Welcoming, directing, and seating guests at their tables;
- Effectively communicating necessary information to both guests and the restaurant team;
- Thorough knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu;
- Assisting waitstaff during food and beverage service, as needed;
- Maintaining the aesthetics of menus and beverage and wine lists;
- Assisting in other restaurant tasks as required by the restaurant manager;
- Promoting F&B products and services and ensuring a complete understanding of all facilities (prices, services, and operating hours);
- Maintaining appearance according to company standards and prescribed procedures;
- Executing other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor;
- Behaving in accordance with the company's values, serving as an example to others.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment;
- Developed organizational skills, diligence, and reliability;
- High level of responsibility;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Teamwork inclination.
