We are looking for the position:
Spa therapist
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver various spa services (body treatments, massages, facial treatments) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Take care of work equipment, maintain a clean and tidy massage room.
- Keep documentation and maintain client files.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked massage storage area.
- Acknowledge and address relevant inquiries, needs, and customer expectations.
- Recommend and promote spa services.
- Adhere to hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with administration and report any issues that arise
Required qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Spa/Massage Therapist, preferably in a 5-star environment.
- Practical experience in massage techniques and facial/body therapies.
- Proficiency in at least two languages: Serbian, English, and Russian.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy.
