We are looking for the position of:
Concierge
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 5* customer service, handle guests requests and complaints;
- Check the condition of the guest apartments, relay all the issues to the respective departments;
- Prepare apartments for arrival and departure;
- Book and upsell hotel services to the guests;
- Arrange and upsell touristic experiences to the guests;
- Keep documentation, handle payments and other cashier duties whenever necessary;
- Maintain stocks of necessary supplies and amenities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service/guest relations experience required (preferably at 5-star establishments);
- Housekeeping management experience is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Montenegrin/Serbian, English, and Russian (additional languages are a strong asset);
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and welcoming attitude;
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
