We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our finance team in the position of:

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Control

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports in cooperation with various departments.

  • Monitors budget implementation, identifies variances, and proposes corrective measures.

  • Analyzes financial data and trends to support management’s strategic decisions.

  • Develops and maintains internal procedures for cost control and efficient use of resources.

Accounting and Reporting

  • Oversees accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local standards.

  • Prepares financial reports for internal use and management, including profitability, cost, and liquidity analyses.

  • Cooperates with external auditors and prepares data for audit reports.

  • Validates the accuracy and completeness of financial data in the ERP system and other applications.

Risk and Liquidity Management

  • Assists in monitoring cash flow and financial liquidity.

  • Identifies risks within financial processes and proposes mitigation measures.

  • Monitors credit and long-term liabilities and participates in preparing analyses for banks and investors.

Support to Management and Strategic Decision-Making

  • Prepares analyses for investment projects, costs, and profitability.

  • Provides support to other departments in preparing financial plans and analyses.

  • Participates in the development of financial policies, procedures, and standards within the company.

Team Management and Development

  • Supervises a small team or junior financial analysts (if applicable).

  • Provides mentoring, training, and daily support to team members.

  • Promotes professional standards and an ethical approach to work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in similar controlling/analytical roles.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial standards (IFRS).

  • Experience working with ERP and financial software systems.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Active command of English (written and spoken).

  • Attention to detail, precision, and professionalism.

  • Ability to manage complex financial data and projects.

  • Integrity, responsibility, and flexibility in working under pressure.
